This page will cover the policies surrounding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

The return policy will continue to last 7 days after the delivery of an order.
To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.
- The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your purchase does not meet the listed requirements, or if you do not consent to paying the cost for return shipping, we will unfortunately be unable to honor your request for a return.
Several types of goods are also exempt from being returned. While Pawprint Press may not sell products containing these components, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
We also do not accept returns for intimate products, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gasses.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Returns due to quality concerns, such as item defects or missing parts, are not limited by these conditions and are still eligible for returns. Please contact us as soon as possible if you find any quality issues.
To initiate the return process, please fill out our Return Form and follow the instructions for shipping. Please contact our support line if any additional assistance is needed.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. We will only be able to return the funds back to the original payment method used for the order.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If the refund has not yet been completed, please check if the funds have reflected on the original payment method or bank account. We recommend contacting the credit card company for more information, but it may take some time before a refund is officially processed.
If the above steps do not yield any results, please contact your bank (or payment provider). If none of the above are of assistance, our support team is open to inquiries on the status of the refund request.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Orders will only be eligible for an exchange if there are defects or signs of damage. Please contact us with photo documentation should an exchange be needed.
If a product is deemed eligible for an exchange, we will reimburse the cost of shipping back to our location by refunding the cost via the original method of payment. Proof of shipment is required (i.e. a photo of the shipping label), and a receipt is necessary for us to reimburse the cost. Once the exchange is sent and received by Pawprint Press, we will organize for a reshipment of the same product at no additional cost.
Exchanges for a product of a different size are also accepted, but there may be an additional restocking fee for requesting to do so. This fee varies for each product, and it will be outlined when contacting us about an exchange.
