Ranok Plush Delay - December 2021

[December 6, 2021]
It is with much regret to inform our customers that we will be unable to ship the Ranok Plush before the projected shipping estimate of November 2021. We would like to apologize for any inconveniences this occurrence may cause for you, and we hope you understand. Our current estimate to have the plush sent out is early 2022.

The Ranok Plush is the most complex product we have produced to date, with nine unique parts manufactured by four separate companies. While this fact would normally be a small piece of trivia, the past couple of months have been turbulent and unforgiving due to the various setbacks and unforeseen events stemming from both the shortage of electricity across China as well as the lockdowns enforced by outbreaks of COVID-19. The manufacturing companies we have partnered with have all been unfortunately involved in one way or another, causing severe overall delays in production.

As of this moment, the current progress is at a standstill due to the aforementioned events. Both the main body and the leather pieces included with the plush are fortunately close to being finished, but the metal parts that require electricity for production have been heavily delayed as a result of the energy crisis plaguing much of China. Should we encounter any major changes in the current lineup, we will be sure to send out another update to you.

We understand that the failure to give an accurate projection on the shipping date has caused this disappointing delay, and so, we would like to offer the option for all customers cancel and request a full refund for the Ranok Plush. If you would like to proceed with this cancellation and refund process, please reply to this email or reach out to us at contact@pawprint.press. We will be happy to assist you on that front.

Again, we would like to give our deepest apologies, and if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Sincerely,

Pawprint Press
